Day 1:
Mix and drink ½ of your ketone pack in the morning and
the second half in the afternoon. If you are using the
“charged” version (which includes caffeine), you probably
want to have that one before 3PM. • Eliminate refined sugars (no sugary foods or drinks). Stick to leafy greens as your source of carbohydrates. • Have you First Meal around 11AM-1PM. Especially if you are aiming to loose weight, limit your intake of carbs to 30 grams/day and make them healthy carbs
(leafy greens). • Eat your last meal before 8PM.

Day 2:
Drink 1 full drink in the morning and ½ - 1 full drink in
the afternoon (if you aren’t experiencing any adjustment
symptoms, go for a full drink twice a day.

Day 3 through forever!
Consume 1 full drink, at least once daily (preferably twice
daily) and enjoy living the ketogenic lifestyle.

HOW TO MIX YOUR KETONES

Mix your ketone pack with 16-20 ounces of water. For a
jazzed-up flavor, substitute 4 ounces with flavored sparkling
water. The best way to mix your ketone powder is to use a
shaker bottle. Just be sure to dissolve all the powder before
drinking. Lots of ice is recommended. Most people say the
drinks are better served very cold.

DRINK YOUR KETONES SLOWLY
Don’t gulp. It should take you 30-60 minutes to drink the 16
ounces. Drinking it slowly allows your body to absorb the
ketones properly.


DRINK ON AN EMPTY STOMACH
Remember, you should always drink your ketones on an empty
stomach or at least 60 minutes after eating. For best results,
drink 2 hours before eating.

STAY HYDRATED!
Be sure to drink MORE water than usual. When your body goes
into ketosis, you can get dehydrated more easily. You should
drink at least ½ to 1 ounce of water per pound of body weight
(Minimum of ten 8-oz glasses of water per day).

your ketones 60 minutes before you work out for a boost of fat
burning energy!

GETTING ADJUSTED TO FAT BURNING:
It is normal to develop headaches, nausea, diarrhea and even
fatigue during the first few days and you should welcome
it! This means your body is learning to STOP using glucose
(sugars/starches) for energy and is instead burning fat for
energy. The best way to alleviate the symptoms, if they occur
at all, is to drink plenty of water every day, intake enough salts/
electrolytes and go slow with mixing your drinks. The majority
of people have very few symptoms and are able to press
through easily.
